"The Electra" is located in the Downtown West End District of Roanoke, VA. An amenity fee of $50/month covers Trash, water, and sewer. Residents are responsible for electricity, which includes heating and cooling. Although dogs are not permitted, other pets are considered with a $200 Non-refundable deposit and a monthly fee. The deposit (equal to one month's rent, not to exceed two months' rent) is due on signing. Terms of the lease include a year's commitment.
