Residents are responsible for electricity, which includes heating and cooling. Although dogs are not permitted, other pets are considered with a $200 Non-refundable deposit and a monthly fee. The deposit (equal to one month’s rent, not to exceed two months’ rent) is due on signing. Terms of the lease include a one-year commitment.
